Shipping Policies
Refunds:
Refunds are not currently accepted once the item has processed / left the warehouse due to freight rates being so high. This does not include damaged items, damages will be assessed and rectified.
Furniture Shipping:
Furniture will be shipped in 3-8 weeks after order has been placed. You will receive an email after your purchase confirming your ETA time. Delivery will be via freight truck which arrives 3-5 business days after your item has left the warehouse. ( This includes mirrors )
If you'd like to inquire about the ETA of a specific item prior to purchase please email us at thevalleyhouse.help@outlook.com for ETA.
It is important to add your phone number to your order, especially when purchasing furniture, so that the freight carrier will be able to contact you for delivery. They can usually schedule around when you will be home but will need to be able to contact you directly so that they can make those arrangements.
Small Items
Non-furniture items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Your items shipping info will be sent to you via email. Items ship via USPS or Fedex depending on size. Please keep item and send any pictures of damages if filing a claim- most mail carriers now require the item to be turned in for inspection before handling a damage claim

Refund Policy:
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept returns for cancelled orders because shipping rates are so high. However, in the event that your order arrived damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thevalleyhouse.help@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We advise customers to do so immediately upon receiving and ask that you send photos to our email so we can rectify the situation. In most cases, damages MUST BE NOTED within 5 days of delivery to be able to honor a claim.
NOTE: if you are receiving a furniture shipment, you can inspect the furniture upon delivery before signing off on it.
